Tastes like the real thing, but no rice! Tastes like the real thing, but no rice!
Number of Servings: 12


    4 serving box of Instant Vanilla Pudding - fat free
    1 3/4 c milk - non-fat or 2%
    8 oz whipping cream
    1 c cottage cheese - 1 or 2 %
    small amount of raisins - your preference as to how many you like.


Beat the whipping cream and set aside.
Beat the milk and instant pudding together; fold in the cottage cheese, whipped cream and most the raisins and cinnamon. Sprinkle the remainder raisins and cinnamon on top for garnish. Sets within 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10 - 12 servings, about 1/2 cup each
