    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Yellow Squash, 0.5 cup, sliced
    Basil, fresh chiffonade 3 tbsp
    Parsley, 0.25 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
    Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup
    *Sahara pita bread 100% whole wheat, 1 serving
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Saute Onions, Yellow Squash, Broccoli in olive oil until onions are translucent.
Add peas and fresh parsley. Set aside
Top each whole wheat pita bread with 2 ounce of marinara sauce.
Then spread each with the vegetable primavera
Top with 1 1/2 ounce of mozzarella cheese
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until
the cheese melts and the pita hardens.
Sprinkle with fresh diced tomatoes and basil
Serve immediately
