Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    10 tbsp Contadina Tomato Paste
    3.50 cup Kroger Kidney or Pinto bean canned
    1.75 cup Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes
    3.50 serving Del Monte Diced Tomatoes w/ zesty Mild Green Chilies (svg= 1/2 c)
    2.50 serving Campbell's French Onion Soup w/ less sodium (svg 1/2 c)
    32 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    1 serving Chili Seasoning - McCormick 1.25 oz packet
    7.0 serving Contadina - Tomato Sauce

Tips

I try to add low sodium ingredients whenever possible. I didn't have a lot of them on hand for this recipe, so the sodium content is extremely high. Adjust as needed.


Directions

Chop tomatoes. Brown ground been and drain. Combine soup, sauce and paste (prior to mixing with other ingredients). Add everything in crockpot and cook 8-10 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1-cup servings
