Number of Servings: 3


    1 Tbs. olive oil
    2 oz. Orzo pasta
    1/2 cup instand brown rice
    1 cube of chicken bouillon
    1 Tbs. parmesan cheese


place olive oil in skillet and brown the orzo
add the rice, water, and bouillon cube
cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
After its cooked, top with 1 tbs. parmesan

Serving Size: makes 3 heaping 1/2-cup servings
