    Portabella Mushrooms, 150 grams
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    *365 Sun Dried Tomatoes - 6 pieces, 1 serving
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Organic Whole Grain Quinoa [.25 cup dry= 1 serving], 1 serving
    *Green Bell Pepper (Whole Pepper), 2 serving
    *fresh zuchinni 2 small - medium, 13.25 oz
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/8 cup
    *Cashew - Raw, chopped 1/8 cup


cook quinoa.
brown Quorn.
pre-bake empty bell peppers
saute veg.
mix quinoa and veg. and season (the filling)
stuff peppers
bake until fork tender
