    1 strip of bacon fried crisp add 1 small onion 1 tablespoon of green pepper let cook until onions are transparent add mushrooms warm through
    take 1 and 1/2 cups of egg beaters add to meat and vegetables keep stirring until eggs are scrambled add 2 slices of Kraft fat free american cheese let the cheese melt over the top , serve with salsa for topping, I like to put 2 tablespoons of salsa in my eggs.

If your making this with real eggs I use 2 eggs per servings or 1 egg for children.
