Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup uncooked rolled oatmeal
1 cup unsweetened protein-plus almond milk (such as So Delicious Almond+Protein)
    2 tbsp white chia seeds
    1/2 cup water

--whatever sweeteners or spices you want; I used a packet of stevia, some SF pancake syrup and lots of cinnamon

++ (not included in nutrition info) your favorite freeze-dried fruit to add a nice crunch!

Directions

Stir all ingredients except for fruit together in glass container with attachable lid. Leave, lid-on, in the fridge the whole night and breakfast will be ready for you in the morning!
My freeze-dried fruit suggestions: blueberries, pineapple, apple, strawberry-banana or mango (use one that is sweet or else it will make the whole bowl tart)

Serving Size: makes 1 large serving
