    1 cup dry steel-cut oats
    3 cups water
    pinch of sea salt


Put oats into water in large saucepan on stovetop. Bring to boil. Turn heat down to simmer. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring often. Allow to cool about 5 min off of heat. Divide into 1/2 portions into containers and refrigerate. To reheat, add a bit of water or almond milk and microwave 1 min. Stir.
