A delicious tasting smoothie that contains plenty of diary, which will help keep almost anyone tied over until lunchtime. A delicious tasting smoothie that contains plenty of diary, which will help keep almost anyone tied over until lunchtime.

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup of Milk
    (in the nutritional calculations above, I used 2% milk)
    1 Medium Banana
    1 6oz Container of Dannon Blueberry Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds on a medium speed, or until the mixture has become smooth.

To add more froth to the smoothie, simply blend for an extra 10 seconds on high. The added froth has been proven to help keep you full longer.

This smoothie serves one person.
