Ingredients

    4 cans black beans
    1 medium onion
    2-3 jalapeno peppers (if desired)
    1 yellow pepper
    1 red pepper (can use green pepper, too)
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tbsp of chili powder
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp cumin
    1 cup of corn (if desired)

Tips

Sometimes I like to add corn to the chili, usually in the last 10 minutes of cooking.


Directions

Just put everything together in a pot and let it cook (low to medium heat) for 30 minutes or so.
