    True cod, 1 fillet
    Mayonnaise, regular, 1 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, .5 tsp
    Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 0.1 cup
    Parmesan cheese, .5 tsp
    Italian Seasoning, .25 tsp


If fish is frozen, cook an additional 5 minutes.


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place fish on non-stick sheet (or sprayed with no-stick spray)
Salt & Pepper fresh fish (If frozen, add 5 minutes to baking time)
Mix Mayo & Dijon and spread over fillet(s)
Sprinkle Panko, Parm & Italian Seasoning on top of mayo blend.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
