    2 cups riced cauliflower
    2 eggs
    1 cup mozzarrella cheese


Mix together. On a baking sheet, form into circular crusts. Bake at 450* for 13 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover with pizza sauce and choice of toppings. Bake for 5-7 minutes longer.
