Hearty beef vegetable stew feeds my family of six easily! Hearty beef vegetable stew feeds my family of six easily!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb. Beef Chuck (chopped into stew pieces)
    1 Medium Onion (chopped)
    1/2 tsp. Cilantro
    1/2 tsp. Basil

    4 cups Water
    2 14.5 oz. cans of Diced Tomatoes
    6 tsp. Mrs. Miller's Beef Flavored Soup Base
    2 Large Carrots (diced)
    3 Large Celery Stalks (diced)
    1 1/3 cup Frozen Mixed Veggies


Saute beef, basil, cilantro and onions until beef is cooked through; add to crock pot. Pour 4 cups water, diced tomatoes, Mrs. Miller soup base, diced celery and carrots and frozen mixed vegetables into crock pot. Stir several times then lid for three hours or until carrots are tender.

Serving Size: 12 1 Cup Servings
