    3 cups kale
    1 avocado
    1 carrot or approx. 9 baby carrots shredded
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt & pepper


Mix kale, carrot, raisins & sunflower seeds. Mix in avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper with hands. Serve cold. Makes 2 large servings or several small servings.
