    2 heads garlic, roasted in foil

    10 lb potatoes (about 20)
    1 stick unsalted butter
    4 cups 99% fat free chicken broth
    2 cups skim milk
    1 Tbl black pepper
    1 Tbl seasoned salt


Cook potatoes while roasting garlic
Squeeze garlic into potatoes, add remaining ingredients and mash with immersion blender
