    Fluffy Pizza Crust:
    1 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
    1 TBSP Sugar
    1 1/8 TSP Fast Rising Yeast
    1/4 TSP Salt
    1/2 Cup Hot Water
    1 TBSP Oil

    Pizza Sauce:
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Tomato Puree
    1/4 Cup Water
    1 TSP Sugar
    1 TSP Oil
    1/4 TSP Lemon Juice
    1/4 TSP Salt
    1/4 TSP Oregano
    1/8 TSP Basil
    1/8 TSP Thyme
    1/8 TSP Garlic Powder

    Preferred Toppings: Mozzarella Cheese Slices & Hormel Regular Pepperoni


Most people place their pepperoni on top of their cheese. Doing this creates the runny oil on top! If you place your pepperoni UNDER your cheese, it gets rid of the oil and the oil bakes into the sauce, making it extra yummy!


This will make a smaller sized pizza, 12 slices. For a large pizza, just double all of the ingredients. It's just 2 of us here, so I'm accustomed to going smaller rather than larger.

I use a bread machine to make my dough. You don't have to, but I do as it saves me time to an extent. Can just stick it in there to mix up and go off doing other things around the house that need done. If you don't have a bread machine, you can mix this all by hand the old fashioned way or use a heavy duty mixer. It will all produce the same results. When the dough is finished mixing, place it on a greased foil lined cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread dough with hands, poke with a fork in random places. Cover wish a dish towel and let raise for 30 - 45 minutes.

While the dough is raising, make your sauce. Put all of your sauce ingredients into a sauce pan, mix well and let cook on lowest burner setting until ready to put on pizza crust. Should cook for about 30 minutes or so.

When dough has risen, preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brush top of crust with just a little bit of oil. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Remove and add your toppings of choice. Bake in oven for 8 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
