Ingredients

    1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
    1 banana, peeled and sliced
    1 6-oz. carton fit and active nonfat vanilla yogurt
    4 oz. orange juice with calcium
    4-5 ice cubes

Directions

place ice cubes in blender and crush. add mango, banana, yogurt, and juice. blend at medium-high speed until thick. Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 1 large smoothie (about 20 oz.)
