Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup or 1 Stick Butter
    2 TBSP Cooking Oil
    6 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1 Cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3/4 Cup Flour



Tips

If you will measure out all your ingredients & grease your 8" Square baking dish prior to making this, it will be easier & quicker.


Directions

Place Butter, oil & Cocoa in saucepan, melt over LOW heat, Stir frequently. When butter is completely melted, remove from heat and stir in the ingredients in this order,(blend each ingredient in well) Sugar, eggs(one at a time) Vanilla, flour. Pour batter into greased 8" Square pan. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes.
