    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 eggs
    1 cup of finely diced onions
    1/2 cup of finely diced bell peppers *optional
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder


Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl. Add Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder seasonings. Add 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, onions, and bell peppers. Mix all ingredients with meat. After all ingredients are mixed place in large baking pan and form a loaf. Place in oven at 400 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes or more depending on thickness of loaf.
