Ingredients

    3 cups of Wheat Bran
    2.5 cups of Hot Water

    - Put in bowl and let soak for a few minutes.

    2 tsp of Baking Powder
    1 box of Betty Crocker Low-fat Brownie Mix

    Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30min.
    Makes 12 large muffins.

Tips

Original calls for 1.5 tsp of baking powder, but 2 tsp makes them less dense.
