Ingredients

    chicken breast , 1.25 #
    Ginger, ground, 0.48 tsp (remove)
    Lemon Juice, 0.24 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 0.78 tsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4.02 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake chicken for 30 minutes. Combine rest of ingredients in large saucepan. Shred chicken and add to saucepan. heat to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Serve as is or over brown rice with stir fry vegetables
