Ingredients

    olive oil, 1 tsp
    onion, chopped 1 cup
    turkey sausage, 14 oz
    shrimp, 1 lb
    Zat, Jambalaya rice, family size
    stewed tomatoes, canned 14.5 oz
    water 3 1/4 cups

Directions

brown sausage and onion in olive oil
remove from pot
add water and juice from St. tomao, 3 3/4 cup
bring to boil
add rice
cook as directed, 25 min
in small pot,steam shrimp, 3 minutes, then
add to rice: tomato, sausage, shrimp
