Number of Servings: 4


    1 piece of Pork Tenderloin
    1 package frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 cup chopped yellow onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 tbsp corn stach
    2 tbsp honey
    1 cup orange juice

    Soy sauce, salt, pepper to taste. (1 tbsp soy included in calculations.)


Sautee pork until done (no pink). Season with salt, pepper, splash of soy sauce. Set aside. Add all veggies to pan, cook thoroughly. Add pork back, pour orange juice in, splash with soy sauce again. Combine until thickens. Add corn starch if the juice is a bit thin.

Serve over rice or noodles!
