Ingredients


    Swiss Chard, 2 cup, chopped
    Turnip Greens, 2 cup, chopped
    Mustard Greens, 2 cup, chopped
    Butter, unsalted, 1/2 stick
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 2 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 8 cup

Tips

Any leafy greens that you can cook work well for this dish. It is low carb, low calorie, and if you don't use the stove top stuffing then it is even a vegetarian dish.


Directions

Heat large skillet or pan on med high heat
Add olive oil and butter. Once butter has just melted add all the greens, stir often. Once the greens have softened and the bulk is now about 1/3 to 1/4 the original size add 2 tbsp of stove top stuffing.
Stir and remove from hit. Let set of a minute or 2 and serve
