Ingredients

    1 small onion diced
    3 red potatoes, quartered
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1/4 cup flour
    1 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
    1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 cup of water

Directions

1. place vegatables in botton of slow cooker
2. place chicken thighs over vegatables
3. combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
4. cover. cook on high for 30 minutes. reduce heat to low and continue cooking 7 hours
