    1T Olive Oil
    1T Soy Sauce
    Dash of Ground Ginger
    1/2 of a Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
    1 c California Blend Veggies
    1/4 c Celery, chopped
    4 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken, cut in bite sized pieces


Serve on a bed of brown rice or just eat plain. (Brown rice not included in nutrition information)


Mix oil, soy sauce, and ginger in skillet on medium heat.
Add all vegetables. Saute for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add Chicken and cook until it is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
