A moist, tasty dressing. A moist, tasty dressing.
Number of Servings: 24


    1 loaf white bread
    2/3 cup onion
    4 large stalks celery, chopped
    3 large egg, beaten
    40 ounces of chicken broth
    1-2 teaspoons rubbed sage


Dry bread.Tear into pieces. Cook onion and celery in a bit of broth in microwave until tender crisp. Beat eggs, add a bit of broth to eggs and then a bit more. Pour over this mixture over bread. Add onion and celery mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sage to liking. Add broth until bread is well soaked. Pour into a pan that has been well coated with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees until hot in center and brown around edges.
