    Bake Sweet Potato in over 400 for about 45 min than take off skin. Cut in slices arrange on cookie sheet (can use non stick pan or non stick cooking spray first) than add karo with a tbsp ( just a little on each) next sprinkle cinnamon and use a little brown sugar. Put back in oven for another (aprox 10 min)
