Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/2 cups low fat milk
    1 TBS lemon juice
    1/4 cup melted becel
    3 TBS blackstrap molasses
    1 TBS honey
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cupss yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 TBS baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


Mix milk and lemon juice and set aside to thicken for about 10 minutes.
Melt becel and add molasses, honey and egg. Mix well with the milk. Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add liquid ingredients, and stir just til incorporated. Spray 7 X 11 pan with pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
