    12 oz. Enriched Egg Noodles (1 bag)
    1 Lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef
    25 oz. Prego Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce (1 Jar)
    2 cup Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    2 cup Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese


1. Cook ground beef in frying pan until brown. Drain any fat from the beef.

2. Boil the bag of enriched egg noodles, following package directions. Rinse and drain.

3. In a 9x13 pan, put a layer of half of the egg noodles.

4. Cover noodles with all of the ground beef and top with cottage cheese.

5. Add a layer of 1 cup of cheese and half of the Prego sauce.

6. Cover the sauce with the remainder of the noodles.

7. Top noodles with the rest of the Prego sauce and cover with the 1 cup of mozzarella.

8. Cook at 350ยบ for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.

9. Cut into 12 uniform pieces and serve immediately.

Makes great leftovers!!!

*You can also swap ground turkey for the lean ground beef. Calories calculated for beef.
