    5 ripe large bananas
    2 eggs
    150gr brown sugsar
    sultanas or raisins
    200gr self raising flour


check often towards end as i find it browns before its cooked properluy so i cover half wayt through.


mash bananas add eggs sugar sultanas mix well put in 2lb lOAf tin bake for about 1 hour gas 4 180 c 350 f
