    Flour, white, 1 1/2 C
    Granulated Sugar, 3 T
    Baking Powder, 2
    Baking Soda, 1/2 t
    Salt, 1/2 t
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large
    Vanilla extract, 1 t


Mix dry ingredients together.
Lightly beat the egg.
Whisk the egg and milk into the dry ingredients.

Add to frying pan using 1/3 C measure and fry on low-medium heat.

Serving Size: 1 Pancake
