Ingredients

    2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 jar salsa
    1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning

Directions

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot. Mix together salsa & taco seasoning & pour over chicken. Cover & cook on high for 3-4 hours. Shred & serve on your choice of shell with your choice of toppings.
