    8 oz. 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 teas. Vanilla Extract
    dash Salt
    2 Large Eggs
    1 Reduced Fat Keebler Graham Cracker Crust

    1 6 oz. cup of Fage 0% Greek Yougart
    1 tbsp. Splenda
    1/2 teas. Vanilla Extract

    5 servings of Comstock Lite Cherry Pie Filling


You can add other toppings instead. I make a fresh blueberry or strawberry glaze with splenda and cornstarch when in season.


Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Blend on low speed while gradually adding splenda, lemon, vanilla and salt. Break two eggs into a cup and beat lightly. Add to mixture gradually.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees place pie crust on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove and cool turning oven down to 325 degrees.

Pour mixture into cooled pie crust and place back in oven on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Center may be slightly softer.

While baking, mix the greek yougart, splenda and vanilla extract. Remove pie from the oven at appropriate time and spread yougart mixture evenly on the top and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.

Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Before serving spread Lite Cherry Pie filling over pie and cut into servings.
