    3 large bananas
    3/4 c white sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    1.5 c spelt flour
    .25 c melted butter
    2 tablespoons applesauce


I usually leave them in for another 5 minutes


Mash bananas and add sugar and egg. Beat. Add the butter and the dry ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
