    2 cups Almond Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup almond oil
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1/2 cup applesauce
    3 large eggs
    1 cup frozen blueberries


Can change the blueberries to other "add ins"


Preheat oven to 350*F and line mini muffin tin with paper baking cups or grease "lavishly"

In large mixing bowl, add dry ingredients -flour, baking soda and salt. In 2 cup measure, add oil, agave nectar, applesauce and eggs. Mix well.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups

Place muffin tin in upper third of oven and bake @ 350*F for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked in the center. Remove from the oven and let sit in pan for about 5 min. Place muffins on baking rack to further cool. Serve warm
