    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed very well
    dash of kosher salt (not more than 1tsp)
    dash of baking soda (like 1/16 tsp)
    2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    3 tbsp raw almond nut butter
    2 tbsp light agave nectar
    1 tbsp stevia in the raw

    In the future, I'd add some almond or skim milk and a tbsp or so of flaxmeal just to see what happens.


Add all ingredients to a good food processor (not blender), and blend until very smooth. Add chocolate chips or whatever else you might like to the final "batter" Don't cook this, just eat it like "raw" cookie dough.
