    Wilt spinach with a clove of garlic. add to meat mixture

    Add 8 oz of ricotta to the meat mixture.

    Prepare pasta tubes

    stuff pasta with meat mixture add to baking dish

    Pour pasta sauce over top and top with cheese and more mushrooms
