    175 g fresh cauliflower
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp sea salt


Pre-heat oven to 375. Prep two pizza pans or cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the raw cauliflower until it's crumbly.
In a pan with 1/4 cup water, cook the cauliflower for about 8 minutes. Drain it, pressing out as much liquid as possible.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Spoon the mix out evenly between the two pans. Spread it out evenly and with another piece of parchment, press each down so they are evenly spread out into a general circle.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
Peel the wraps from the parchment and enjoy!
