    6 Slices Wheat Bread
    2 Eggs
    1/2c Skim Milk
    1 TBSP butter


Use the wheat bread that is 120 cal/2 slices. Leftover bread from the week that is a little stale works best.


Mix egg and milk in a shallow dish.

Add vanilla and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg etc) to taste

Soak bread in batter.

Heat pan - melt half the butter and fry bread (3 slices) till browned on both sides. Use other half of the butter for the rest of the bread.

Extra butter/toppings are not calculated! Add what you like.
