Introduction

Quick, easy, & great tasting fruit smoothie! I'm not a fan of yogurt or oatmeal, but this was great!! Quick, easy, & great tasting fruit smoothie! I'm not a fan of yogurt or oatmeal, but this was great!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    1/2 c. Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1/4 Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    1/2 c. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 c. Orange Juice (or juice of your choice)
    1 tbsp. Honey
    1/2 c. Greek Yogurt

Tips

I had extra, so I put it in the freezer... took it out the next day for a frozen treat! You can also make these into popsicles!!


Directions

Place ice & frozen fruits in the blender first, then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on "crush" setting until smooth & serve immediately!

Serving Size: Makes about 4 8 oz. servings
