    1 cup white flour
    2/3 cup white sugar
    1 1/4 salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 egg
    1/3 cup melted butter


if you dont have a mini caker try it with any other sectioned baking dish you have (eg cupcake pan) 1.5 oz of batter each


Preheat mini cake maker,
pour batter into plates,
close maker
wait for 'ready" button to light or when a toothpick removes clean
