Introduction

I wanted to have a healthier burger, but still have that meaty taste to it... Plus, I LOVE blue cheese! I wanted to have a healthier burger, but still have that meaty taste to it... Plus, I LOVE blue cheese!

Ingredients

    1 lb. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 lb. Ground beef, extra lean
    12 tbsp. Cheese Reduced Fat Crumbled Blue

Tips

I noticed that the turkey cooks faster that the beef, so you may want to mold the beef around the turkey.


Directions

Make each burger 1/2 ground beef & 1/2 turkey. Mold the turkey & beef together to form a mixed patty. You may either fold the blue cheese (1 tbsp. per burger) into the patty before you cook it, or place it on top of the burger once cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 12 burgers
