    1 cup of cider vinegar
    1 cup of ketchup
    2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
    1/4 cup of molasses
    1/4 cup of honey
    8 cloves of garlic
    1 heaping tbsp of dry yellow mustard
    1 tsp of cayenne pepper
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 med. size onions
    1 lbs of pork loin


Mix all ingredients together, except pork loin and onions.Spray bottom of pan with pam or other non-stick spray.Slice onions thinly into rings and place in bottom of pan.Thinly slice pork going against the grain of the meat.Place on top of onion, pour sauce over, cover, and place in 300 degree oven for about an hour.

Sauce is good poured over a baked potato.
