1 medium banana
4 oz frozen fruit (1/2 cup)
2 T wheat germ
2 T orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup fat-free sugar-free yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Use your favorite frozen fruit. I've used peaches, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, etc...they're all good and the nutritional information doesn't change much no matter what fruit you use. I generally use Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt, but use whatever flavor you like. For the nutritional info to remain accurate, make sure the yogurt doesn't have more than 50-60 calories per half cup.
