    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 T agave
    1 T brown sugar
    3 T olive oil
    1/2 C wheat bran
    1 c whole wheat flour or 7 grain
    1 c. white flour
    4 T gluten
    1 egg
    2 t yeast


Put ingredients into bread machine in order listed. Set machine for dough only if you want to shape it into rolls or a traditional loaf. Let the dough cycle finish. Set it to knead one more time, then shape, place into pan and let rise til double. Bake 350 40 minutes or until done.
