    Skippy Light Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Quaker oatmeal, 0.25 cup


Mix. Microwave 1 minute. Stir. May need to thin with a little water.

  • I saw this a few weeks ago and have made it at least once a week for a quick breakfast. I changed it a bit to fit a non-dairy low-sugar diet, though: 1/2 c. oatmeal, 1 c. water, 1/4 c. raisins, 1 tbsp. Smart Balance Omega chunky style pnut butter, 3 shakes cinnamon. YUM! - 4/18/08

    I also used chunky P.B., and one of the small boxes of raisins. I did not add the sugar or milk though, so it is probably not as sweet, but I think the pb is swee enough. Thank you for the recipe idea though, I love it! - 3/31/08

  • I think I just found my breakfast! Will use honey instead of sugar. It is on the caloric high end but I think that's OK at the beginning of the day. - 3/31/08

    I made this for my children, because I don't like oatmeal. Never have, but I love this recipe!!!! I used chunky peanutbutter. It taste like a peanutbutter cookie, without the guilt. Thank-you for this recipe!!! - 3/13/08
