    *Baked Potato, with skin, 6 smal (4 oz).
    Milk, 2%, 4 cup
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Butter, unsalted, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    bacon, smithfield low salt hickoey smoked, 2 serving= 4slices


bake potaoes untl skin crisp
cut potatoes skins and all into small cubes
cook back crisp and drain and crumble- toss the bacon fat
melt butter , carmalize onion and gsrlic
stir in flour and cook flour paste - do not brown -just a min or 2
ad cold mild on low heat and stir until mixed wll then turn up heat
continually stirring until thickens
seaon as you woold baked potatoes in the pod or in your bowel
can top with sourcream
