    1/2 large head cabbage, grated or thinly sliced
    1 large carrot, grated or thinly sliced
    1 large jalapeno pepper, minced or thinly sliced
    1 medium granny smith apple, diced or thinly sliced

    1/3 cup slivered almonds
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted

    5 TBS. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 TBS. raw honey
    1/4 cup walnut oil
    2 TBS. horseradish
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. dried lemon grass


Grate, mince, dice or thinly slice the first 4 ingredients into large bowl.
Add almonds and sunflower seeds.
In a small jar, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well. Pour over all ingredients and toss well. Best if served cold. Even better if served the next day when all the flavors blend perfectly!

Serving Size: Makes about 24 - 1/2 cup servings.
