    1lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
    1 10 oz package frozen broccoli
    1/2 cup half and half
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/4 cup reduced fat mayo
    1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp curry
    salt and pepper to taste


Cook broccoli until almost crisp-tender.
Boil chicken breast until done and drain. When cool enough to handle, cut into 1-inch pieces.
While chicken is cooking, in a bowl, mix half and half, chicken broth, sour cream, mayo and spices. Add broccoli and chicken and mix well.
Spread in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
